  • What do I need a user account for?

    With your user account you have access to the login area of the website. There you will find more information, where you can buy media (ebooks, videos, apps), book your participation in seminars and events as well as acquire your membership.

    You can access your purchases at any time in the login area.

  • How can I register a new user account?

    On the Login page you will find the button "Create account". If you click on it, you will be taken to the registration form. Fill in all fields there:

    • Choose a username that you can easily remember. If possible, it should not contain any spaces. Make sure that there is no blank space at the beginning (this can happen when copying and pasting).
    • The password must consist of at least 10 characters. It must contain capital letters, small letters and numbers. Special characters are possible, but not absolutely necessary. 
Enter the password again in the same way in the password confirmation.
    • For email, enter a valid address where you can be reached. A mail with the confirmation code will be sent to this address. The mail is also required for purchases and for resetting the password.

    After entering your first and last name, do not forget to mark your declaration of consent to data protection.
If you have filled in the registration form correctly, a confirmation page will appear. At the same time, an email from will be sent to your address with the subject "Confirmation of your registration at". It contains the confirmation code for your registration. If you click on the link in the email, your account will be unlocked and you can log in to with your username and password. 

    If you can't find the email in your mailbox, please check the spam folder to see if the email has landed there. Without the email confirmation your user account will be blocked.

  • I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

    On the "Login" page, click on the "Forgot password" link to access a form where you can set a new password. Enter your user name and the email address you used when you registered and a new password of at least 10 characters (at least one capital letter, one small letter and one number). If the entries are correct, you will receive a confirmation of the password change and can log in with the new access data.

  • I have forgotten my username

    On the "Login" page, click on the "Forgot username" link to access a form where you can enter the email address you used when you registered. An email with your username will then be sent to this address.

  • My email address has changed. How can I enter the new address in my user account?

    The email address is the basis for your identification in the user account and should therefore not be changed if possible. It is currently necessary for you to contact the support and ask for a change of email address.

  • Can I delete my account?

    If you delete your account you will no longer have access to your purchased ebooks or videos. If you really want to delete your account, please contact our support.

  • How can I buy e-books or videos?

    For the purchase of ebooks or video you need a customer account on our website and must be logged in there.

    The actual purchase and payment process is handled by the service provider Affilicon.

    Choose an ebook or video and click on the buy button. Your name, your email address and your customer ID will be sent to Affilicon at and the Affilicon website with this product will be displayed in a new window. There you enter your data necessary for the payment. The exact payment process will be displayed there. After the purchase the purchase confirmation is transmitted to and the purchased product is registered in your customer account, so that it is at your disposal on the side "my purchases".

    You will receive an email from Affilicon confirming your purchase, as well as the invoice. In your account statements you will find Affilicon as the payment recipient for your purchases.

  • How do I buy eBooks or videos through an Affiliate Partner?

    With an Affiliate Partner you will be directed directly to Affilicon. The purchase process is explained to you there. After the purchase you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions from


    If you already have an account with, it is important that you enter the same e-mail address on the Affilicon page as the one you registered with at when making your purchase. Because the assignment to your customer account takes place by this email address. After login you will find your purchases in your customer account on the page "my purchases".

    If you don't have an account with yet, please log in with the same e-mail address you used to buy the e-book/video. Your purchase is stored there under this e-mail address, is then automatically transferred to this new account and can be found in the customer account at under "My purchases".

  • How do I buy printed books?

    The purchase of printed books is done through Amazon or other partners. The buy rings will take you to the appropriate partner page where you will complete the purchase. Invoicing and shipping are also completely handled by these partners.

  • How long will my purchases be available in my account?

    Your purchased ebooks or videos will be unlimited on the "My Purchases" page as long as your account exists.

  • Where can I find my purchased ebooks?

    You can access your purchased e-books by logging into your account and going to the "Your Purchases" page. You can download the e-books. To read them, you need Acrobat Reader or an Ebook Reader that can display PDF files. You can then read the downloaded e-books independently of the website.

  • Where can I find my purchased videos and how can I watch them?

    You can access your purchased videos by logging into your account and going to the "Your Purchases" page.

    They are stored as streaming videos on Vimeo and can only be played within your account. A download is not possible.

  • I can't find a purchased ebook or video in my account anymore

    Please contact our support with the title and date of purchase.

  • Why can't I download the purchased videos?

    The videos are stored in a streaming format on Vimeo and have copy protection so they can only be played on the or site.

  • I have downloaded an ebook to my local computer but cannot open it.

    The e-books are saved in PDF format and require a current reader that can open PDF files. We recommend the latest version of Acrobat Reader, which you can download free of charge from

    Another possibility is that an error has occurred during the download and your file has arrived defective. Please try the download again.
